Les Sutton
Les is genuinely interested in people; he is very approachable and has good communication skills.
Les has managed his own support package and has been providing support to other people to manage their own packages for approximately 12 years; he has both a background in voluntary organisation run by disabled people and statutory organisations.
After gaining his Social Work degree he joined a social work team whose aims were to support Adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Impairments, he worked with the team to develop and expand their understanding of independent living. After a number of years he joined the Directs Payments Team in Warwickshire as a Development Officer.
Les has worked in three local authority areas which have piloted Self Directed Support; this has provided him with further experience of support planning, developing and costing complex support packages. His focus is always on what is the outcome for the individual.
Les is consulted by Social Care Professionals from multi disciplines regarding Independent Living.
Les is a strong advocate for independent living and believes that given the right support everyone can make their own choices, be in control and achieve their own outcomes.

Katie Rose
Katie joined Roxburgh UK in 2010, she is currently in her third year studying BSc (hons) Social Psychology at Loughborough University. Katie has experience as an informal carer, PA and support worker for various people and has been involved with disability and disability studies for a number of years.
Katie's duties within the team include payroll, liaising with clients, designing care packages, accounting and personnel advice as an Independent Living Advisor.
Katie is empathetic and caring towards all clients, and believes that all individuals have a right to independence and social integration. Katie is keen to help and provide support for all related claims to a better quality of life within the community. She is sensitive to individual needs and uses her working knowledge of the company's services to create personalised solutions for every client's requests.
Katie is an active individual who loves travelling and meeting new people. She embraces culture and diversity and enjoys learning languages. She has a sound knowledge of Spanish and is currently self-teaching Russian. Katie is able to choose what she wants to do daily and wants to help others to do the things they want to do too.

- Ellen Taylor
- Ellen has recently joined Roxburgh UK. Prior to this she gained experience in a number of areas of the care sector.
Ellen's most recent employment has been on a medical ward at Warwick Hospital and she also works in her free time at a day centre run by Leonard Cheshire Disability. Working in these environments she has been able to gain an understanding about what is really important to disabled people and what outcomes they want to achieve.
Ellen's duties within the team include payroll, liaising with clients, designing care packages, accounting and personnel advice as an Independent Living Advisor.
Ellen has always been surrounded by people who have worked in the care sector, with members of her family working as Domiciliary Care Service Manager, Day Services Manager, Mental Health Nurse and Adult Nursing amongst other areas.
Ellen is a strong advocate for Independent Living and believes that everyone has the right to live independently through having choice and control over how their needs are met, she also believes that too much emphasis is put on what people can't do rather than looking at their abilities rather than their disabilities.

Amy Young
Amy joined Roxburgh UK in 2009. She has many years' experience of disability issues and the experiences faced by disabled people and feels that with the right support all individuals can achieve their desired outcomes through choice and control.
Amy's duties within the team include liaising with clients, designing care packages and personnel advice as an Independent Living Advisor. Her personal strengths are her organisational skills and methodical approach.
In her spare time Amy enjoys attending vintage and homemade fairs as a buyer and seller, film, history and literature; having completed a BA (Hons.) in English & American Studies.
