Our Support brokers will support you in taking control of your own life. We are here to help determine what support you need, identify what skills you already have, what sort of life you want, and create a plan to make it happen. We manage costing and find services that work for you, and tackle problems you may face that restrict your independence.

• Service Design

  We design and develop individually tailored support packages to an agreed budget. We have a good working knowledge of costing support packages, FACS criterion and its application.

• Payroll Service

  We are registered as a Payroll Agent with the HM Revenues and Customs

• Accounting

  We help people to keep up-to-date financial records and returns for the Individual Funding.

• Recruitment

  We help people recruit their own supporter workers and personal assistants.

• Personnel Advice

  We provide personnel advice to people managing their own support.

• Community Development

  We help people to build community opportunities and networks.

• Benefits Advice

  We help people identify and claim additional benefits, entitlements or possible resources.

  We offer three levels of support brokerage allowing the individual to determine the level of our involvement.
  

• High Level Coordination
  

  Support to create and implement your support package with full management on a week to week basis.

• Medium Level Coordination

  Support to create and implement your own initial support package, and quarterly sessions with a broker to ensure smooth running.

• Low Level Coordination

  Support to create and implement your own initial support package to manage independently.
